Ginger Bread Mix

Ingredients

  • 8 cups white flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons ginger (dried, ground)
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon (dried, ground)
  • 1 teaspoon cloves (dried, ground)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

‍ Instructions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Store mix in a covered jar until ready to use.
