Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken, boneless, skinless
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • salt (optional)

‍ Instructions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
  3. Put the chicken in a baking pan or casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
