Lemon Spinach

Ingredients

  • 8 cups spinach (1 pound, fresh)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

‍ Instructions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Wash the spinach. Trim off the stems.
  3. Put the spinach, black pepper, and lemon juice in a pan.
  4. Cook over medium heat. Let the spinach boil for about 3 minutes, until just tender.
