Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- In a small bowl, combine all the above ingredients.
- Refrigerate in a covered container for at least an hour. Serve chilled.
